What we offer

Therapies

Our practice is defined by a broad range of physiotherapeutic services and by a pleasant treatment environment. We are approved for patients with all statutory health insurers, employers' liability insurance (BG), and for private patients.

Cover and billing

For prescribed treatments we bill your health insurer directly. We are happy to advise you personally on self-pay services and statutory co-payments.

Classic therapies

  • 01

    Physiotherapeutic exercise (incl. respiratory therapy)

The aim of physiotherapeutic exercise is to remove functional disorders in the body and to ease pain — through targeted active movement, postural training, strength building, endurance, coordination and stretching. Effective respiratory therapy works to reduce resistances that restrict breathing and to correct faulty breathing patterns. It helps loosen secretions, increase ventilation and strengthen the respiratory muscles.

  • 02

    Functional pelvic floor exercise

Pregnancy, surgery or a general slackening of the musculature can lead to a weak pelvic floor. With the help of specific exercises, the pelvic floor muscles are trained and strengthened.

  • 03

    Medical massage

Targeted massage techniques loosen tense muscle groups, improve circulation and relieve pain. Beyond that, massage brings greater vitality and a sense of well-being.

  • 04

    Fango, heat and cold therapy

These supporting therapies are used alongside physiotherapeutic exercise. Fango packs are single-use compresses of natural mud, warmed by means of heat carriers. Hot air is used to relieve pain, aid relaxation and improve circulation. Ice packs reduce the intensity of inflammatory processes, oedema and congestion.

  • 05

    Ultrasound and electrotherapy

Ultrasound is a supporting measure that uses sound waves to warm deeper tissue layers in a targeted way, so that injuries to muscle and tendon tissue heal faster. In electrotherapy, direct or alternating currents pass through the painful part of the body. It relaxes the muscles, promotes circulation and relieves pain.

Specialist therapies

  • 06

    Bobath therapy for adults

Bobath therapy is used in the rehabilitation of people with disorders of the central nervous system that are accompanied by movement disorders and paralysis.

  • 07

    Bobath therapy for children

In the treatment of children and infants, Bobath therapy is used for positional and postural asymmetries, developmental delays and central coordination disorders.

  • 08

    Manual lymphatic drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage is used mainly as an oedema and decongestive therapy for swollen regions of the body after operations or trauma.

  • 09

    Manual therapy

The aim of manual therapy is to remove existing functional disorders in the joint, muscle and nervous systems by means of specific hands-on techniques.

  • 10

    Sling table treatment

On the sling table, individual parts of the body are suspended in special slings. This relieves load on the joints, improves mobility and eases pain.
